In that case, we use it only with your consent and only for that purpose.

We process your data for the following purposes, on the legal basis under the GDPR stated for each:

  • Handling your reservation, preparing for your stay and contacting you about your stay: performance of a contract;

We never sell your data to others. We share it only when necessary to provide our services or when required by law. We work with the following parties:

We enter into a data processing agreement with parties that process your data on our behalf. This helps ensure they handle your data as carefully as we do. We do not transfer your data to countries outside the European Economic Area unless appropriate safeguards required by the GDPR are in place.

Cookies

Our website uses cookies. A cookie is a small text file that is stored on your computer, tablet or phone when you visit our website. We use two types of cookies:

  • Functional cookies: these are necessary for the website to work properly, for example for the reservation system and to remember your cookie preferences. We do not need your consent for these cookies.

  • Analytics cookies: we use Google Analytics to measure how visitors use our website, for example which pages are viewed most and how visitors find our website. We use this information to improve the website. We only place these cookies if you consent to them in the cookie banner.

Google Analytics places the following cookies:

  • _ga: registers a unique ID used to generate statistics on how you use the website. Retention period: 2 years.

  • _ga_#: records how many times you have visited the website and the dates of your first and most recent visits. Retention period: 2 years.

Google Analytics is a service provided by Google Ireland Limited. Google may also process this data in the United States. Google is certified under the EU-US Data Privacy Framework, which means your data is adequately protected there. We use the data only for statistics, not to track you personally or to show you ads. We do not use marketing cookies.

You can withdraw or change your consent at any time via Cookie preferences at the bottom of every page. You can also delete cookies through your browser settings.
